One of the most popular personality assessments that businesses often use is the DiSC. This assessment goes back to the 400’s B.C., when it was originally developed by Empodocles and used elements of fire, earth, air, and water. Over time, these were tweaked and adjusted to the four core categories that we see today (PeopleKeys.com, 2019).
