Personality assessments, once dreaded and often feared when seeking a job, are making a surprising comeback in today’s workforce. One of the most popular personality assessments that businesses often use is the DiSC. This assessment goes back to the 400’s B.C., when it was originally developed by Empodocles and used elements of fire, earth, air, and water. As we turn the corner to the second decade of the 21st century, the DiSC assessment is being updated yet again as it transitions now into the Everything DiSC model.

This is further complicated when personnel don’t have available benefits or options to be able to get back to a healthy normal in as little time as possible. Hence, what is management to do when it comes to providing a healthy workplace?
